Pět lidí se ocitne na osamělém polorozpadlém irském statku a zažije tam děsivé setkání s výsledky genetických experimentů. Místní krachující farmář Dan se totiž rozhodl své finanění problémy řešit tak, že dal souhlas, aby na jeho dobytku byla provedena série vědeckých pokusů. Brzy však zaěíná být zřejmé, že údajně neškodné testy se zvrhly v děsivé mutace.
